• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate and revise plan of care with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and satisfaction.
• Operations: support day-to-day clinical operations.
