Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers scheduling calls quickly minimizing time on hold.
• Verifies privilege status of physicians and ensures scheduling accuracy.
• Coordinates with physicians' offices to schedule cases and resolve conflicts.
• Gathers complete patient and procedure information and enters data into the database.
• Prepares and distributes schedules in a timely manner.
