Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing (accredited).
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS or PALS certification (preferred).
• CNOR and SGNA certifications preferred (not required).
• Two years of RN experience in Critical Care (preferred) or OR internship (preferred).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and assist to create and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate needs with other care providers.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care including discharge instructions.
