Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time position at the McKinney, TX location (KW Heritage Eye ASC). The role supports 24 hours per week in a perioperative ophthalmic environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia teams.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and active RN licensure. ACLS is required within 90 days of employment and maintained thereafter.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Maintain current State RN licensure
• Minimum of one year perioperative experience or ophthalmic patient care

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to adult patients in the ophthalmic surgical setting.
• Monitors patient status pre- and post-operatively; communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist.
• Performs safety checks, documents care, and maintains chart accuracy.
• Coordinates patient care and education with patients and families.
