Job summary

Eyecare Partners / Grene Vision Group Surgery Center in Wichita, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time work in Pre-Op, Post-Op and Operating Room. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Requirements include BSN preferred, RN license in-state, BLS and ACLS, and prior OR/ASC/OR experience. Part-time schedule: 3 days a week, early start typical. Training and collaboration with the surgical team are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license active in the state of work.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in OR/Pre/Post-Op/ASC/ICU/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and ASC policies.
• Supervise and direct patient care in the Operating Room.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient rights.
• Coordinate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in continuing education.
• Assist in training new staff.
