Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Georgia.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia patient plan of care.
• Implement the plan of care including managing preoperative and recovery from anesthesia and various physiological systems.
• Protect patient from injury and infection; ensure wound integrity and tissue perfusion.
• Document nursing care accurately and collaborate with other disciplines.
