Openwork Health is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to deliver direct patient care in the operating room, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team. This full-time role emphasizes safety, sterile technique, and advocacy for patient well-being.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists and other staff.
• Maintain sterile environment and patient safety in the perioperative setting.
• Monitor patient status and document care and procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
