Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our healthcare team in a fast-paced operating room environment. The role involves assisting surgeons, maintaining sterile practice, and delivering high-quality patient care from admission through recovery.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license with perioperative experience, BLS/ACLS certifications, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative surgical team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in an operating room or perioperative setting.
• Up-to-date certifications as required by the facility (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments prior to procedures.
• Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and enforce infection control practices.
• Document all care provided and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Support patient recovery and provide post-operative instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
