Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with OR/perioperative experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and patient-safety focus.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, medication administration, and perioperative workflow.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary providers.
• Detail-oriented documentation and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor for complications throughout the perioperative process.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team.
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique.
• Administer medications and support patient readiness and recovery.
• Document care accurately and maintain complete, compliant records.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and organizational compliance standards.
