Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing and an active RN license.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 12 months operating room experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Must meet credentialing and site requirements.
• Must complete orientation and competency programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgery.
• Coordinate with surgical team to prioritize care and equipment needs.
• Maintain documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR and advanced life support measures.
• Prepare operating room and equipment for daily procedures and emergencies.
