Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adherence to Universal Patient Safety Goals across practice areas.
• Prepare, document, and participate in perioperative patient care across preop, intraop and postop stages.
• Communicate using SBAR during handoffs and maintain accurate records and charges.
• Ensure safety standards for labeling, sterile fields, and equipment.
• Assist with anesthesia and surgical equipment preparation and room turnover.
• Demonstrate teamwork, policy adherence, and participation in quality initiatives.
