Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for the Surgery Department at High Point Medical Center. You will provide operational and clinical leadership to optimize operating room efficiency, budget management, and staff scheduling.

CNOR certification is strongly preferred, with ~90 direct reports under your leadership. The role requires a BSN and at least six years in nursing, including four years in healthcare management, with BCLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

• Promote safety culture and monitor care delivery quality, safety, and outcomes.
• Support staff development through orientation, credentialing, and ongoing education.
