Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's High Point Medical Center seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Surgery Department, overseeing 10 operating rooms and a cystoscopy room. You will provide operational and clinical leadership, drive OR efficiency, staffing, and budget management.

This full-time day-shift role requires RN with MSN, six years of nursing, and four in management, plus BCLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable. Strong communication, collaboration, and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and MSN or related master\'s degree.
• Six years nursing experience with four in healthcare management.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS within 1 year based on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure goals are met and support mission and values.
• Ensure appropriate orientation, credentialing, and continuing education for personnel.
• Collaborate across the organization, developing relationships and serving as a resource.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and ensure quality delivery across care continuum.
• Promote a safety culture with performance improvements and patient rights protection.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation with leadership support.
• Foster ongoing professional development and shared governance in nursing.
