Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services. This role supports research-driven, world-class patient care with a strong team culture and advanced technology.

As ANM, you will manage daily clinical operations in the perioperative area, with approximately 70% staffing responsibilities and 30% administrative tasks including APRs, onboarding, Workday, and UKG. Day/Evening rotation; 11:00am-9:30pm.

Formación

• RN licensure required in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications as required by hospital policy.

Responsabilidades

• Staff, supervise, and support RNs and nursing staff on the perioperative unit.
• Supervise admissions, assess patient needs, and initiate nursing care plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Lead planning, development, and evaluation of unit-based nursing programs and policies.
