Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in California.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates are required.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in perioperative or OR setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel in the OR and related areas.
• Maintain daily staffing for nurses and surgical technicians.
• Assist with front desk, sterile processing, and PACU/OR coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and PHI/HIPAA requirements.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and coordinate regulatory readiness.
