Ascension is seeking an Education Associate CPD in Milwaukee, WI to collaborate with leaders and staff to assess nursing educational needs and competencies, and to develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans and programs that strengthen clinical performance.

The role supports Nursing Professional Development programs, manages performance and competency standards across the organization, and requires RN licensure and a nursing diploma; day shift, full-time, on-site at CSM Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date (or transfer) accepted by American Heart Association/American Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse required prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess nursing educational needs and competencies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing and clinical education plans/programs; use tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Consult on design, development, implementation and evaluation of Nursing Professional Development programs and related processes.
• Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional programs to support best practice.
