Job summary

Aspirus is seeking a Nurse Educator to advance clinical education across departments in our Wisconsin clinics. This full-time role emphasizes development, presentation, and evaluation of educational programs, with leadership in staff development and interprofessional collaboration.

You will coordinate continuing nursing education, orientation, and professional growth for students, staff, and leaders, while applying Lean improvement methods to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with 3-5 years of experience and strong clinical practice knowledge.
• Knowledge of adult education principles; Nursing Professional Development certification desired.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with active WI/MI/MN RN license.
• Master's degree in nursing education or related specialty desired.
• LEAN and process improvement experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management, change management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lead teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Educator, consultant, facilitator, and change agent to nurses and clinical staff.
