Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS provider within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin or Minnesota (multi-state/Compact as applicable) prior to hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred; ALS may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing programs, advise staff, and direct patient care aligned with policies.
• Develop, document, and manage comprehensive therapy and care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff and secure required equipment and resources.
• Coordinate, assemble, and maintain medical and operational records.
