Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in perioperative nursing to support intraoperative surgical care and patient-family centered services in the operating room. The role includes on-call duties on a regular rotation, with housing provided for night calls and a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

The position offers day shift hours, full-time status (36 hours per week), and a wage range of $48.18–$81.97 per hour.

Qualifications

• AS RN required, one or more years perioperative experience preferred
• RN license in Oregon and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications required
• CNOR or Peri-op 101 preferred
• Able to perform varied duties and respond to emergencies while maintaining patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Direct and plan perioperative activities and staffing
• Protect patients from injury and ensure correct site/side/level of procedures
• Document nursing care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient advocacy and maintain privacy and confidentiality
