Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years in a leadership role preferred.
• Five years inventory experience preferred.
• Perioperative supply experience preferred.
• Materials Management Information System and point of use supply software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of day-to-day accountability for supply inventories, monitoring volumes, flow, and sourcing.
• Lead and inspire your team, set work schedules, resolve personnel issues, and coach.
• Use reports and data analytics to anticipate supply needs and address shortages.
• Coordinate receipt of deliveries, reconcile with purchase orders, and resolve invoice issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory storage and delivery of supplies, including recalls.
• Collaborate with perioperative and clinical staff to deliver patient care.
• Work with Supply Chain leadership to implement standardized inventory control and cycle counting.
• Organize multiple projects and schedules to meet demand and shifting priorities.
• Promote continuous process improvement and Lean methodology across staff.
• Be a role model for Just Culture and organizational values.
