Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Sciences/Business discipline or 4 years procurement experience.
• Two years of experience in a materials management setting with knowledge of requisition to disposition.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements, coordinates and ensures operational effectiveness of materials management activities for the Perioperative Department.
• Coordinates computer assisted purchasing inventory and patient charge systems where appropriate.
• Monitors safety, sanitation and quality control requirements; maintains Materials Management Information System.
