Job summary

Vail Health in Edwards, CO seeks a Supervisor for OR Materials Management to lead inventory, supervise staff, and partner with perioperative teams. You will analyze usage to optimize par levels and costs while ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include directing daily workflows, developing standard processes, coordinating with Supply Chain, and driving Lean improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Two years in a leadership role preferred.
• Five years inventory experience preferred.
• Perioperative supply experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and data analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply inventories, monitor volumes and locations.
• Lead and coach a team, set schedules and provide feedback.
• Use data to anticipate needs and inform perioperative leadership.
• Coordinate deliveries, reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for storage and handling of supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver patient care and cost control.
