Job summary

Intermountain Health Spanish Fork Hospital is seeking a Part time, PRN Inventory Lead to coordinate all inventory activities for designated departments and facilities. You will liaison between clinical programs and Supply Chain, supporting perioperative operations across multiple hospital sites and ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of supplies.

The role emphasises par levels, cycle counts, and effective communication with clinical teams, with a day shift and variable hours to meet department

Qualifications

• Experience with PeriOp inventory and medical supply distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management to meet facility needs across departments.
• Perform stock and non-stock control; set par levels and adjust trends.
• Order and deliver supplies using SOPs; manage consignment or vendor stock.
• Replenish inventory and ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive items.
• Keep documentation for shipping, receiving, delivery, and tissue tracking.
• Communicate supply levels, new products, backorders, and product changes.
• Coordinate MMIS system data across distribution, receiving, and reports.
• Adhere to cycle count and inventory relief procedures.
