Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare seeks a dedicated inventory coordinator to support Perioperative and hospital supply chain operations across American Fork, Orem, and Spanish Fork facilities. The role manages replenishment, receiving, and binning, ensuring critical supplies are available for patient care.

You will work with clinical and SPD teams, perform cycle counts, track temperature-sensitive items, and document shipping and tissue tracking per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeriOp inventory and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Strong teamwork and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inventory management to meet facility needs.
• Performs cycle counts and inventory control for assigned items.
• Maintains binning and labeling of supplies.
• Liaises with Field Logistics Management and clinical programs.
• Manages replenishment, receiving, and delivery per SOPs.
• Handles Consignment or Vendor Managed Inventory per SCO SOPs.
• Ensures proper handling of temperature-sensitive products.
• Documents shipping/receiving and tissue tracking per policy.
• Communicates supply levels and product changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinates MMIS distribution, receiving, and reporting.
