Masimo is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist II, Perioperative to provide clinical education and drive opportunities for the Perioperative portfolio. Located in Chicago with remote work to cover the region, this role focuses on influencing clinical practice and improving outcomes through Masimo Perioperative technologies.

The position reports to the Regional, VP Sales and is part of the Field Sales Team. It requires 5+ years in a clinical setting, critical care experience, and travel 70-80%

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience within critical care settings.
• Demonstrates strong critical care knowledge.
• RN or RRT licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical customers across the Perioperative portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales to identify evaluations, coach clinicians during procedures, and support product conversions, in-servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and leverage evidence-based research to deliver clinical recommendations aligned with current standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Communicate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and clinical developments to support marketing initiatives, strategic planning, and sales effectiveness.
