Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience within critical care.
• Demonstrates strong critical care knowledge.
• Ability to utilize evidence and best practices to influence and drive clinical outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical customers across the Perioperative portfolio, providing clinical expertise and advocating for Masimo technology.
• Partner with sales professionals to identify appropriate product evaluations, coach clinicians during procedures, and support product conversions, in-servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and leverage evidence-based research to deliver clinical recommendations aligned with current standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Communicate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and clinical developments to support marketing initiatives, strategic planning, and sales effectiveness.
• Maintain expertise in hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery, and goal-directed fluid therapy while ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, CRM documentation, reporting, and assigned projects.
