RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Administrative Director of Patient Care RN for Perioperative Services at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. The role leads the Operating Room and ensures compliance with CMS and AORN standards, while driving patient safety and staff engagement.

40 hours/week, Day shift, Full Time. The ideal candidate holds a BSN with OR leadership experience, CNOR preferred, NJ RN license, and BLS.

• OR Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Annual 8 hours of leadership professional development
