This role provides clinical and operational leadership for the Perioperative Support Services at RWJ Hamilton, shaping patient experiences and guiding teams through growth of the ambulatory surgical program.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with BSN, 1–3 years leadership experience, MSN preferred, and relevant

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required and BSN minimum.
• MSN or related field preferred.
• Experience in nursing leadership/management in ambulatory settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of perioperative services and ambulatory surgical program.
• Recruitment, onboarding, education, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, patient experience, and quality metrics.
