RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey seeks an accomplished Administrative Director of Patient Care for Perioperative Support Services to lead clinical and operational functions at RWJ Hamilton. The role focuses on directing surgical services operations, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality care, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The position requires an active NJ RN license, a BSN, and leadership experience in nursing.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Minimum BSN; MSN or related field preferred.
• Experience in nursing leadership/management.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred; intraoperative OR nursing preferred.
• National nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the perioperative services including scheduling and patient flow.
• Establish and maintain a culture of clinical excellence, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership in recruitment, onboarding, education, performance management and succession planning.
• Accountable for clinical operations, quality, safety, staffing, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
