Qualifications

• RN licensed in WY.
• 1-3 years of surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of perioperative patient care from pre-op to discharge.
• Direct and coordinate surgical care across departments.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and communication within the OR.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, and confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory activities.
• Mentor nursing and ancillary staff as requested.
• Adapt to emergent situations and manage schedule changes.
