Job summary

Banner Health in Casper, Wyoming is seeking an RN Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at the East Campus Periop services. This full-time role, Monday through Thursday 6am–4pm, may float to central campus as needed.

You will coordinate patient care, assist in picking cases, and help maintain flow of the space under the direction of the director. The position requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and clinical competency in the area.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice with BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care nursing and leadership roles is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and patient care across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day functions of the East Campus Periop services.
• Manage patient care, case picking, and flow of the space.
• Coordinate staffing and act as liaison across disciplines to ensure quality outcomes.
