Job summary

Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital is seeking an Inventory Coordinator responsible for overseeing all inventory activities for the PeriOp department, ensuring replenishment, picking, staging, and delivery, while maintaining par levels and accuracy.

You will collaborate with field logistics, clinical programs and suppliers, perform cycle counts, reconcile reports, and ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive items, following SCO SOPs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with PeriOp/Inventory.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, organizing teams, and meeting deadlines.
• History of inventory control such as cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory activities: replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, put away.
• Manage PAR levels, binning, cycle counts, and inventory reports.
• Liaise with Field Logistics, clinical programs, and suppliers; follow SCO SOPs.
• Ensure temperature-sensitive items are stored and delivered per guidelines.
