Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage all inventory activities for its department and clinical programs. You will coordinate replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, put away, and substitutions, while maintaining par levels and organized bins.

The role requires liaison work with Field Logistics and clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include managing consignment or vendor-managed inventory if applicable,

Formación

• Experience with PeriOp/Inventory management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple care teams.
• Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all inventory activities for the assigned department, facility or clinical program.
• Oversight of replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, put away, special orders & substitutions.
• Manage par levels, binning, cycle counts and inventory reporting.
• Ensure temperature-sensitive products are stored and delivered per SOPs.
• Communicate stock levels, new products, and implementations to stakeholders.
