Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an inventory coordinator to manage PeriOp/clinical program supplies. You will coordinate replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, and put-away while maintaining par levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory, managing temperature-sensitive items, and ensuring proper documentation. This role emphasizes reliability, communication, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with PeriOp/Inventory.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate teams with caregivers.
• History of inventory control including cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Proven cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management to meet facility needs; work with cross-functional teams.
• Perform inventory control on stock and non-stock items; set par levels and track trends.
• Order and deliver supplies using SOPs; manage Consignment or Vendor Managed Inventory.
• Ensure replenishment in assigned locations per SOPs and maintain proper storage conditions.
• Complete documentation for shipping, receiving, delivery, and tissue tracking per policy.
• Communicate supply levels and product updates to stakeholders and clinical staff.
