• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to navigate basic web-based applications.
• Basic familiarity with computers and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day unit operations in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
• Partner with nursing staff to facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Serve as a communication liaison between patients, families, visitors and the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient information and support administrative workflows.
• Assist in creating an organized, efficient environment for patients and staff.
