Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including perinatal scanning with high-frequency sound waves. You will operate EPIC and other systems, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality images and documentation.

Requirements include graduation from an approved ultrasound program, ARDMS certification (or ARRT equivalent), Nuchal Translucency within 90 days, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Ultrasound School.
• ARDMS or ARRT certification required; Nuchal Translucency within 90 days; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures according to departmental protocols.
• Operate EPIC and other computer systems for scheduling and charting.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and obtain images of anatomical views.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and accurate documentation.
