Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist specialized in MFM to perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams and support physicians in fetal assessment. The role involves OB/GYN ultrasound, 3D/Level II studies, and epresented by a hospital-focused environment.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced radiology setting, coordinating with clinicians, residents, and students while maintaining high image quality and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Ultrasound School.
• 2 years training in Allied Health/College.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in OB/GYN ultrasound.
• Knowledge of ultrasound equipment and operation.
• Ability to cover weekends on a rotation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures per departmental format and complete exams in allotted time.
• Operate ASOBGYN and Epic systems for scheduling and documentation.
• Perform portable ultrasound exams as needed.
• Assist physicians with invasive fetal procedures and advanced imaging.
• Prepare patients and equipment, calibrate and maintain ultrasound equipment.
• Provide instruction to students and new staff.
