Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced MFM Sonographer at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Illinois for a part-time, 24-hour per week schedule. The role emphasizes OB/GYN ultrasound with fetal echo experience preferred, including assistance during invasive procedures and documentation of findings.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Strong imaging skills, ARDMS certification, and the ability to work Monday through Friday are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of ultrasound.
• 2 years OB/GYN experience.
• Must become proficient in fetal echos within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OB/GYN ultrasound studies and fetal imaging.
• Document patient history and study results accurately.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust technical factors as needed.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures when required.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain clean, sterilized equipment.
