Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center - Ultrasound seeks a part-time Ultrasonographer to perform scans with proper patient positioning and equipment use. You will assist radiologists, gather patient history, and maintain records within a busy hospital setting.

The role requires ARDMS registrations for abdomen, OB/GYN, and/or cardiac, CPR certification, and flexibility to work day shifts Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. 20 hours weekly at competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ARDMS-approved program.
• ARDMS registrations for Abdomen, OB/GYN, Cardiac or equivalent are required/obtainable within timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Position patients and select technical factors to obtain high-quality scans.
• Assist physicians to obtain optimal studies and recommend appropriate technical factors.
• Secure patient history and provide radiologist with necessary information before interpretation.
• Maintain safety, CPR certification, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Keep accurate patient records and prepare folders for procedures.
