Job summary

Advocate Sherman Hospital seeks a part-time MFM Sonographer with fetal echo experience. 24 hours per week, Mon-Fri, at Advocate Sherman Hospital. Salary range $44.15–$66.25 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Duties include OB/GYN imaging, invasive procedure support, and documentation of findings for high-risk pregnancies. Requirements include ARDMS-OB, NT certification, and CPR. Graduate of AMA-approved ultrasound program with OB/GYN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARDMS-Registered in OB is required.
• Certification in Nuchal Translucency is required within 6 months.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OB/GYN ultrasound studies with high-quality imaging.
• Provide physiologic assessment of OB/GYN vasculature and fetal well-being.
• Document findings and communicate with physicians promptly.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures (amniocentesis, etc.).
• Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of images.
• Maintain equipment, perform start-up/shutdown, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Deliver patient care with professional communication and safety.
