Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital - Maternal Fetal Diagnostics seeks an experienced MFM sonographer for a part-time registry position. The role covers Tuesdays 0800-1630 with additional coverage during vacation times.

The incumbent will perform OB/GYN, invasive and vascular imaging, and provide patient care while documenting findings for physician review. Candidates must have AMA-approved ultrasound education, 2 years OB/GYN experience, ARDMS credentials, and be proficient in fetal

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of ultrasound.
• 2 years OB/GYN experience.
• Must become proficient in fetal echos within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive non-invasive, invasive and vascular OB/GYN ultrasound exams; document findings.
• Provide physiologic assessment of OB/GYN vasculature and fetal well-being.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures (amniocentesis, sono-hysterograms, biopsies, CVS).
• Document patient history and study results; ensure proper labeling and communication of findings.
