• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation) for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychosocial needs of patient and families in accordance with level of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members and/or care givers.
