Job summary

The role includes day and night shifts and requires hazardous materials and infection-control compliance. Responsibilities include patient education, timely documentation, and advocating for patients while supporting hospital policies and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN with current license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements care plans safely and documents actions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Ensures safe handoff communication and adherence to regulatory standards.
