• Prior hospital/Perinatal nursing experience. [Preferred]

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough assessments of patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Implements planned interventions safely and documents actions.
• Ensures patient safety, adherence to protocols, and effective handoffs.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Promotes quality, safety, and ethical practice within the care team.
• Acts as patient advocate and manages supplies and equipment.
