Qualifications

• RN license required with BLS and NRP certifications.
• Neonatal resuscitation skills and newborn care experience.
• Strong documentation and patient safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with newborn care at deliveries and provide immediate care.
• Maintain neonatal resuscitation skills for emergencies.
• Assess maternal and newborn patients and report issues to the physician.
• Accurately document care activities and band identifications in records.
• Coordinate transfers of newborns to other facilities when indicated.
