This role advances maternal and neonatal safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence across Women's Services, partnering with physician and nursing leaders to strengthen safety initiatives and drive accountable practices.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active NJ RN license, and a national nursing certification, with 5–7 years in obstetrics and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; NJ RN license active.
• National nursing certification preferred.
• 5–7 years obstetrics nursing experience with leadership.
• Strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across Women's Services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics, identify trends, and report findings.
• Develop quality goals and action plans aligned with regulatory standards.
• Promote evidence-based practice and organize continuous improvement teams.
