Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing in obstetrics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and systems thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as patient safety advocate and clinical role model in obstetrics.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and coordinate safety/quality activities.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary education and develop/ revise obstetrical policies.
