Job summary

The role requires NJ RN license, at least five years of clinical practice, and knowledge of regulatory standards; CP HQ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey is required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates hospital wide Performance Improvement activities related to strategic initiatives and departmental goals.
• Assists departments with development of performance improvement indicators and analyzes data.
• Maintains minutes, reports, and dashboards for performance improvement activities.
• Provides education on current regulatory standards and quality indicators.
