Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a highly experienced NP or CNM to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for pregnant people and newborns, leveraging evidence-based care. You will review complex cases, develop care plans, and optimize outcomes across Pomelo’s obstetric programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as an APP, active RN license, and a proven track record in high-risk obstetrics, infant care, and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have active compact RN license.
• Minimum of 4 years of APP experience.
• Extensive obstetric experience, including high-risk patients, plus infant care.
• Strong data-driven approach to improving perinatal outcomes.
• Experience leading successful teams with collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to multiple tech platforms and drive changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee empaneled patients' medical care to improve outcomes.
• Review complex cases, develop care plans, support clinical team with evidence-based care.
• Monitor adverse events and refine Pomelo’s protocols.
