Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is seeking a Lead, Advanced Practice Providers to guide a team delivering virtual maternity and infant care. The role emphasizes quality, training, and collaboration across stakeholders.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach APPs, monitor performance against OKRs, and drive care improvements while operating remotely with occasional travel. The position offers competitive compensation and equity considerations.

Qualifications

• AP/NP leadership experience overseeing a care team.
• 5+ years clinical experience in maternal-child health.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of APPs delivering virtual maternity and infant care.
• Monitor quality of care and identify training opportunities with L&D.
• Address barriers to care identified by patients or the care team.
• Hold APPs accountable to Pomelo's OKRs and QA metrics.
• Provide insights on frontline care and process improvements to leadership.
• Support professional growth and onboarding of new APP hires.
• Participate in recruiting for advanced practice positions.
• Collaborate with Market and Care Operations to optimize patient-centered care.
